$24.5 million project. 26,150 SF new construction and 42,680 SF renovation. 37-room skilled nursing facility with private living and bathroom spaces, addition of a new surgical room, pharmacy, 16 private in-patient rooms, and an emergency room with four receiving bays. Throughout the construction period, the hospital and the care center remained fully operational.
